Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at contact@mobilaxa.com. We will provide return instructions.
Important: Although our company is based in France, products may be shipped from different logistics centers. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using tracked shipping.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of defective or incorrect items.
Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Gift cards and final sale items are not refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us at contact@mobilaxa.com with your order number and photos. A solution will be provided.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it first and place a new order.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us.
